Camp Unakite

Designed for students entering the third through eighth grade in Madison County, this initiative is a collaborative effort between Madison County Public Schools and the Madison County Education Foundation (MCEF).

At Camp Unakite, students embark on a journey of discovery as they explore the wonders of the natural world through engaging STEM based program encompassing 21st century life skills. Our summer camp, hosted at the picturesque Graves Mountain Lodge, offers a unique and enriching experience.

During their time at Camp Unakite, participants delve into a wide range of topics, including collaboration and teamwork, animal studies, mineral exploration, soil investigations, water quality and dynamics, volcanic eruptions, and more. Our hands-on approach to learning ensures that students not only gain knowledge but also develop a deep appreciation for the world around them.

Join us in fostering a love for education, collaboration and teamwork among Madison County's rising stars. Camp Unakite is where young minds come alive through exploration, inquiry, and discovery.
